Isolation is a state of being detached, solitude, separated, alone like an island. I have been in this state both mentally and physicall for many years. A discussion on the platform I am using to put my life out there became very heated between a close friend as he thought it should be done in a different manner. From this little talk I felt different emotions bursting through in the form of tears. I felt that again, if I follow his direction I will not do things the way I want to do them and I would again put myself in a very uncomfortable situation.
His points were valid, that I will not dismiss. Say things to the face of the people who affect you. It will help you heal, however that is not how I feel. If I say somthing to that person I feel weaker, I have given up my strength and then put myself in isolation. That person will start thinking differently about me or think I am too blunt, then label me the Bitch. I have experienced this so many times in my life. Now I feel writing about these things will somehow allow me to heal and regain my strength.
